Employee recruitment poses a huge problem for the health sector. There’s a continuous shortage of staff and every health organization keeps trying to rejuvenate existing recruitment models. We know the shortage won’t dissapear over time. Steam has been working with all kinds of healthcare clients for years. We have decided to share our expertise, and are organizing a conference on employee recruitment in healthcare. Aided by the Intelligence Group, an event is put together at which all HR- and Employee Relations professionals in the Dutch care sector can meet and learn from each other’s experience.
