IKEA has developed a succesfull concept - but that doesn’t mean it’s finished.
They want it to be even cleverer, even greater. IKEA grants you the opportunity to do what you do best: “We’d like to see what you have in store.” IKEA is one of the few retail brands that makes their employees’ hearts swell. We offer them the chance to share that pride with the rest of the world.
In this selective recruitment campaign, around 2.000 IKEA employees tell us what they’ve made of IKEA. IKEA’s own representatives are the campaign’s driving force: They can be seen on the campaign page, in ads and in online ‘behind the scenes’ clips. Their voices can be heard in the radio commercials. Together, they’re recruiting new colleagues in one of the biggest referrals ever seen.
